I am a Harvard-trained, board-certified psychiatrist with over ten years of personal and clinical experience with low-carbohydrate dietary therapy.

Qualifications

M.D. from the University of Vermont College of Medicine 1998, Adult psychiatry residency training completed at Harvard's Cambridge Hospital 2002 Board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology I have followed a low-carbohydrate diet myself and incorporated low-carbohydrate nutrition principles into my clinical practice for over ten years.  I have been writing and speaking internationally about nutrition science since 2012
